Eldora — project overview

01Overview

Eldora sells melted gold online: buyers pay by the gram, receive an official invoice and a guarantee of authenticity, and can ask for the gold to be delivered as a physical bar. I built the front end of the new site — a right-to-left Persian interface, in dark and light themes, from the landing page down to the phone layout.

02The challenge

Gold is bought on trust and on price, and the price moves all day. The site has to show a number people can act on, make the first purchase feel safe to someone who has never bought gold online, and read naturally in Persian — right to left, with Persian numerals — without any of that getting in the way of the buy button.

03Price beside the form

The price section puts the current price of one gram next to the form that spends it. The chart switches between hourly, daily, weekly and monthly ranges, and the form takes an amount either in grams or in toman, so a buyer never has to do the conversion in their head before deciding.

Eldora — From sign-up to delivery

04From sign-up to delivery

The page shown here walks a first-time buyer through the whole path in four steps — sign up, verify identity, buy online, take physical delivery — and then shows the bars that delivery actually means, so the abstract gram on the price chart ends as something you can hold.

Eldora — Bars that carry their proof

05Bars that carry their proof

Each bar in this shot sits in its sealed authenticity card, and the card is drawn with the details a buyer checks — certificate number, weight, fineness and the assayer's signature. Trust is the product here, so the page shows the evidence rather than claiming it.

Eldora — The same site in a hand

06The same site in a hand

The screens shown here are the same pages at phone width, not a separate mobile site: the navigation folds into a menu, every section restacks into a single column, and the live price moves from the header to sit under the hero, where a thumb-scrolling reader still meets it first.
